Just Add Water™ + Coco Yogurt Snack

Adding in Just Add Water is easier than you think, and it doesn't always have to be in water! One of our favorite healthy snacks is this easy superfood coconut yogurt. It's yummy, easy, delicious and great for when you're having sugar cravings. You get a nutrient-dense meal and also get a lot of satisfaction.

Prep time: 5 minutes 

You'll only need a few simple things...
  • 1 cup of organic coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of fresh organic seasonal berries 
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite nuts and seeds (we love hemp seeds and cashews)
  • 1 serving of Just Add Water

Combine all ingredients and enjoy!

 

Health Tip: Try going dairy-free for a week. Dairy can create congestion and stimulate an inflammatory response. There are so many healthy dairy-free options out there from nut milks to coconut yogurt. Glance around your local market or health food store for dairy-free options, and watch your health soar!
